La qualité des organismes de formation 

La formation professionnelle constitue un enjeu important pour les organismes de formation et l’ensemble des parties prenantes.
Acquérir ou améliorer les compétences des personnes en activité professionnelle ou non doit permettre de répondre aux évolutions du marché de l’emploi et aux mutations des organisations.
Les organismes de formation professionnelle doivent pouvoir démontrer la qualité de leur prestation, et ce, pour l’ensemble de leur catalogue.

QUALITY PROGRESS TRAINING LABEL est délivré par un tiers indépendant, Bureau Veritas Certification France, après une évaluation du respect des engagements de ce label. Elle permet à l’organisme de formation d’apporter la preuve de la qualité de ses prestations. Il s’agit d’une démarche résolument orientée vers la satisfaction du bénéficiaire de la formation, de l’organisation dont il dépend et des partenaires engagés.

THE QUALITY OF TRAINING ORGANIZATIONS 

Professional training is an important issue for training organizations and their stakeholders.

Professional training organizations must be able to demonstrate the quality of their services.

QUALITY PROGRESS TRAINING LABEL is issued by an independent third party, Bureau Veritas Certification France, after an evaluation of compliance with the commitments of this label.
It allows the training organization to prove the quality of its services. It is an approach oriented towards the satisfaction of the beneficiary of the training, the organization it depends on and partners involved.
